IT for the UK market’s largest ever cruise ship.
IT for the UK market’s largest ever cruise ship.
We tested brand new tech for Iona, a brand new ship.
We managed & ran testing for new, innovative technology being implemented on board at scale, including mobile embarkation and PoS systems, 100s of interactive TVs and 1000s of RFID identity & payment cards.
We managed the test schedule for 160 IT systems.
We wrote and managed the test schedule for all the necessary IT systems, including those that make a ship sail, working closely with deployment teams and senior stakeholders to ensure quality standards were met.
We were responsible for daily progress reporting.
We created an automated test progress reporting tool, linked to Jira and TestRail, and presented this daily to management to support delivery across the programme.
